Founder, Chris, has a wealth of experience in treating a wide range of conditions naturally, helping patients of all ages avoid painkillers, injections, and surgery. Chris and the team are dedicated to providing hands-on, personalised physiotherapy that prioritises patient empowerment and long-term health outcomes.

Dr Liesel Holler specialises in Advanced Medical Aesthetic procedures such as Non-surgical facelifts, nose-reshaping and tear-trough treatments, with natural results. She holds busy clinics in Harley Street and in Chislehurst. She is also a faculty member of Allergan Medical Institute, international trainer and Key Opinion Leader for Allergan.

Through her work as a Senior Anaesthetist she fully understands the importance of safety, precision and attention to detail. She has a special interest in the prevention of premature ageing, improvement of skin health, regeneration of collagen and assessment of the whole face.

Jade trained as a professional dancer and Pilates teacher at the world class music and dance conservatoire Trinity Laban.  Jade has been practising Pilates since 1996 and certified in both mat and equipment based Pilates with the Pilates Foundation in 2001.

Jadepilates specialises in 1:4 personalised equipment-based Pilates.  Jade and her team of teachers all qualified to the highest standard, and with a wealth of experience.  Some have additional training such as physiotherapy, massage, gyrokenisis and women’s health.  All are certified to teach pre and post natal pilates special populations.
